Guinn Construction continued using the scrapers to haul clay from the northern and central cut areas throughout the day. Seven (7) scrapers continued placing fill material from west to east. One dozer, one of the water trucks and the sheepsfoot rollers also worked on the north slope fill area. The other water trucks moisture ® conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the other dozer. Twenty (20) nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the north slope fill area. All tests passed the specified values in density and moisture content and the on site foreman was verbally informed of the test results. One permeability sample (P-17) was obtained and will be transported to the Vector laboratory for testing. GSE continued placing 60mi1 HDPE liner on the upper bench of the 3:1 slope of the FU -05 cell.
