Guinn
Construction continued using the scrapers to haul clay from the northern and central cut areas throughout
the day. Seven (7) scrapers continued placing fill material from west to east. One dozer equipped with GPS
®instruments, one of the water trucks and the sheepsfoot roller also worked on the north slope fill area. The
other water truck moisture conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the other dozer.
Twenty-two (22) nuclear moisture density tests, two moisture and two clay content tests were performed
from the fill material being placed on the north slope fill area. All tests passed the specified values in
density and moisture content and the on site foreman was verbally informed of the test results.
Yesterday afternoon, at the end of the working hours, Guinn Construction finished the fill with soil
material on the upper bench of the FU -05 cell.
This morning, one of the scrapers hauled material from the borrow area and starts tilling up the slope which
ends the existing trashes landfill and connected to the FU -05 cell already covered up with the same soil.
The anticipated thickness for this slope subgrade fill is 4 feet.
No incidents occurred.
gxurd By:
4223:03, Rcv. 0 1 of I
C-2
Rcvicwcd By: M 6
