Guinn <br />Construction continued using the scrapers to haul clay from the northern and central cut areas throughout <br />the day. In the mid morning, an area of the northern cut area was closed to the scrapers because of the very <br />ishigh sand content. This area will remain closed until it is either removed or ripped. Five (5) scrapers <br />continued placing fill material from west to east along the eastern area. One dozer, with GPS, one of the <br />water trucks and the sheepsfoot roller also worked on the north slope fill area. The other water truck <br />moisture conditioned the haul roads and the cut area behind the other dozer. The other two scrapers began <br />placing subgrade fill on the piggyback slope of the FU -05 cell. <br />Thirty-four (34) nuclear moisture density tests were perfonned on the material placed on the north slope <br />fill area. All tests passed the specified values in density and moisture content and the on site foreman was <br />verbally infonned of the test results. <br />I Dy. <br />C-2 <br />Re\ iewed By: <br />
