11 <br />C <br />C. Construct leachate riser support as described in Section 02300, EARTHWORK. <br />3.9 PROTECTION OF PIPE <br />A. No construction traffic shall cross the pipe without sufficient cover as determined <br />by the DESIGN ENGINEER. <br />B. The EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR shall construct at least one temporary <br />crossing point within WMU FU -05 to provide access for necessary construction <br />traffic.
