Construction <br />1. Guinn Construction continued placement of Subgrade Fill soils on the floor area of FU- 10. Four <br />scrapers continue placing 8" loose lifts followed by moisture conditioning, with additional mixing <br />• compaction by { ••t. The contractor estimates about 111 placed on <br />floor and lower slope this afternoon; about 7,500cy to date.
