10 <br />Sample Documentation and Custody <br />Field notes will be recorded on daily field technician reports which ire filed in the project file.Information to be recorded will include ata ' ` um the project name, project number, date, <br />Simple location, weather, and name of sampler, Other information which may be pertinent to the <br />project will be recorded., including any deviations from, the standard procedures. <br />Each page Will <br />be signed upon completioiL An example of a - Field Technician's Daily Report is located' - <br />Appendix B, <br />Collected samples will be accompanied by a c . -of-custody r. =. rd. Each sample -will have its <br />own unique sample identification number, Sample location, date and time of collection, and <br />apprapriate preservative clearly labeled with a permanewmarker ata <br />ng' with- a sample custody_ <br />seal affixed around the sample battle cap.
