Any soils contaminated by discharge of fluids from leaky or faulty equipment <br /> shall be removed and properly disposed and the contaminated area backfilled <br /> with clean soil, at no cost to the OWNER. <br /> B. Clay Processing Equipment <br /> I. Use clay processing equipment meeting the following requirements: <br /> a. Of a type and of sufficient size to process the onsite clay material to <br /> meet requirements for maximum clod size and to provide a <br /> homogeneously moisture conditioned material. <br /> b.
