Cl <br />H <br />0 <br />County using the site. <br />The North County facility should be operational in <br />the short-term planning period and should contribute <br />significantly to the 25% reduction required by 1-1-95. <br />The upgrading of the Lovelace Transfer Station will <br />be completed in the short-term planning period and will <br />be available to help meet the 50% diversion goals in the <br />medium-term period. <br />Also during the short-term planning period, a MRF <br />may be developed in the South County Area.
