The special wastes listed present <br />no unusual hazards since existing diversion programs <br />adequately mitigate potential hazards. <br />B. Existing Permitted Solid Waste Disposal Facilities: <br />The Forward, Inc. Landfill, a privately owned class <br />II landfill in the City of Stockton, is the only landfill <br />in the County permitted to accept asbestos, certain <br />contaminated soils, and certain ash material.
