Thermocouple assemblies (one installed plus four spares) with <br />inconel protection sheath. <br />2. Self -checking LTV scanner. <br />3. Propane pilot assembly. <br />4. LFG inlet safety assembly (automatic valve and flame arrestor). <br />5. Flare damper assembly with electric motor operator(s), <br />positioner(s). <br />6. Electrical junction boxes. <br />7. Nozzles and couplings as shown on the Drawings. <br />8. OSHA Ladder with clips at the thermocouple locations the operator <br />can connect a safety belt to when performing maintenance. <br />9. 2" view ports with tempered glass lenses pointed at burners, pilot, <br />and at each thermocouple elevation. <br />10. 4" source test ports. <br />B. The LFG inlet control assembly shall be supplied and shall include the items <br />shown on the drawings, including the following: <br />1. Pipeline flame arrestor; <br />2. Shutdown valve including open and closed limit switches, piston <br />open/spring close operator and three-way solenoid valve; and, <br />3. Nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets for the installation of the pipeline <br />components. <br />A. The flare shall be completed and assembled prior to delivery to the job site. <br />Equipment that may be damaged in transit shall be removed and boxed. A <br />shipping list for all parts shipped loose shall be included in each box. <br />B. An electrical conduit with an extended section of sealtite conduit shall be <br />run between the low voltage junction box and the thermocouple locations. <br />The sealtite conduit shall be of sufficient length to allow the thermocouple to <br />be moved to any thermocouple coupling without changing the conduit or <br />wiring. <br />C.
