�I <br />1 <br />Owner shall hire an independent contractor to perform one emissions test <br />following verifying that the flare system operates in accordance with the <br />contract. The first emissions test will at no cost to the Contractor. If the <br />flare fails any emissions criteria, the Contractor shall repair or adjust the <br />flare at no cost to the Owner. The Owner will re -perform the emissions <br />test and will withhold the cost of this second, or any subsequent emissions <br />tests from the Contractor's final payment. <br />t Each time source testing is performed, all parameters listed in section 1.05, <br />along with inlet gas composition, will be measured. <br />C <br />L <br />1-' <br />0 <br />11 <br />0 <br />L� <br />C <br />III <br />C <br />B. The Contractor is encouraged to verify that the flare is operating in <br />accordance with the contract prior to flare emissions test, and is encouraged <br />to witness the source test to verify that it is being performed properly -for <br />their flare. <br />C.
