The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and incidentals necessary <br />to design and shop fabricate the Flare Station Blower Skid Base (skid) as <br />shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. <br />B. The skid shall be fabricated to allow for installation and mounting of all items <br />to be included on the skid in accordance with these Specifications and <br />Drawings. <br />C. The skid shall include a metal roof for all electrical controls, to protect said <br />equipment from damage due to sun and rain. The cover must extend far <br />enough beyond the equipment to protect it from sun or rain blowing at a 60° <br />angle from vertical. Submit the roof design to the Engineer. <br />411AINK4831'_ • <br />A. The Contractor shall submit design calculations for the structural skid signed <br />by a California registered professional engineer. <br />B. The Contractor shall submit the following information and laboratory test <br />data verifying compliance with the specified design requirements. <br />1. Technical data for primer and finish paint materials. <br />2. Rain Cover. <br />3. Method of anchoring skid to concrete. <br />4. Roof over Electrical controls. <br />C. Shop drawings shall be submitted with the following information: <br />1. Details of cuts, connections, camber, holes and other similar <br />information. <br />2.
