The skid shall be provided with at least four lifting lugs or lifting devices, <br />appropriately placed to allow for proper balancing of the skid when lifted in <br />its horizontal position. <br />F. The skid shall be covered with a fiberglass floor plate: <br />1. Skid shall include walk grate. Walk gate shall be FRP with non- <br />skid epoxy grit walking surface. Walk grate shall be UV resistant. <br />2. Walk grate shall be installed and supported in sections such that <br />each section weighs no more than 30 Ib. Each section shall be <br />removable to expose pipe beneath the grate without disturbing the <br />mechanical equipment. Clips or other items that are removable <br />using common non -powered hand tools shall attach grate sections. <br />The skid framework shall be provided with features that prevent <br />the lateral movement of grate sections with the attachment clips <br />removed. <br />3. Maximum deflection of walk grate panels due to a centerline load <br />of 300 lb. shall not exceed 0.145 inches. <br />4. Skid walk grate shall be FRP grate Seasafe IFR, Sate -T -Grate <br />(Harrington Plastics), or equivalent. <br />G. Bolt holes shall be positioned such that bolts and nuts are easily accessible <br />and shall not require the use of a special tool, cutouts in structural members, <br />or skid modifications. <br />H. A minimum of 36 inches clear space shall be provided around equipment <br />(blower, air compressor, electrical panels, etc.) requiring maintenance. This <br />includes, but is not limited to, changing oil, filters, or belts, greasing <br />equipment, adjusting controls, and performing general maintenance. <br />I. The skid shall be designed to a size and dimensions large enough to <br />accommodate the installation of all necessary process equipment specified <br />herein and in the drawings. <br />J.
