C. Payment for 3 -Inch HDPE Pipe will be based on the unit price per linear foot for <br />3 -Inch HDPE Pipe as identified in the proposal. Payment shall include all pipe, <br />fittings, monitoring ports, and pipe guides. Payment shall be made at the contract <br />unit price for actual quantity installed to the nearest two -foot station. Trenching <br />and/or earthwork are not included in this bid item.Payment shall be full <br />compensation for labor, materials, tools, equipment, overhead, and other work and <br />incidentals necessary to complete the work of this Section.
