i SECTION 16011 FIELD ELECTRICAL PART 1 GENERAL 1.01 SUMMARY A. The Contractor shall provide field electrical installation as shown on the drawings and specified herein, and as required for a complete and properly operating flare station. B. The Contractor shall use licensed workmen who are trained and experienced in electrical work and who are familiar with the specified requirements and the methods needed for proper performance of the work of this section. C. The Contractor shall provide such other labor and materials as are required to complete the work of this Section in accordance with the requirements of governmental agencies having jurisdiction, and all pertinent codes and regulations. D. The Contractor shall secure all required certificates of inspection and approval from the governmental agencies having jurisdiction. E. The drawings are generally diagrammatic and indicate the manner, method and nature of the installation. The Specifications denote the style and quality of material and workmanship. Where a conflict exists between the Drawings and Specifications, the Contractor shall promptly notify the Engineer. F. The Electrical Drawings are diagrammatic, but are required to be followed as close as actual construction and work of other trades will permit. Where deviations are required to conform with actual construction and the work of other trades, the Contractor shall make all such changes without additional cost to the County. 1.02 REFERENCES A. Electrical work and equipment shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code and its latest revisions, all applicable local and state codes and any requirements of the local power company for the area classification given herein. B. Ratings of electrical equipment shall be in accordance with National Electrical Manufacturer's Association (NEMA).
