Brown Jr. <br />Governor <br />REPORTSITE INSPECTION , JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Staff conducted a site inspection of the North County Sanitary Landfill on 17 June 2011. <br />Staff's observations included inspection of the waste management units, the cover system of <br />these units, interim cover of the active modules, and perimeter ditching associated with storm <br />water conveyance. Violations or areas of concern were not observed. The landfill appeared <br />to be in excellent shape following the above average wet season. <br />The site inspection report is attached.
