• <br />For the current operations areas at the landfill, the discharges drain into <br />either the landfill module drainage basin, or one of the three site drainage <br />basins. The drainage for non-productive areas discharges off site. (See Figure <br />B). <br />There have been no leachate leaks or soil erosion occurrences from the current <br />fill area at the landfill. <br />4.0 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT CONTROLS: SWPPP COMPLIANCES <br />This section discusses the existing storm water management controls and those <br />necessary for compliance with the SWPPP. <br />4_1 SWPPP PERSONNEL <br />The personnel responsible for implementing, developing, and revising the SWPPP <br />are indicated in the following: <br />Site Superintendent: Jaime Perez, North County Recycling Center and <br />Sanitary Landfill, (209) 468-3066. The Site Superintendent's activities <br />include daily operations, implementing the SWPPP, and employee training. <br />Facility Engineer: Gabriel Karam, Solid Waste Division, (209) 468-3066. <br />The Facility Engineer's activities include maintaining records of annual <br />inspections, materials handling and significant hazardous waste spill <br />response, and site engineering design. <br />Environmental Administrative Engineer: Francis Lau, Public Facilities <br />Division, (209) 468-3086. The Environmental Administrative Engineer's <br />activities include developing and updating SWPPP as needed. <br />8 <br />
