2) Contact the Responsible Authorities -- County Office of Emergency <br />Services Division if the spill is greater than five (5) gallons <br />and might contain materials which could pollute storm drainage <br />runoff. Notify the site superintendent for further assistances for <br />any spill sizes. <br />3) Record all significant spills and their corrective actions that <br />occur on site in the site special occurrences log. <br />4_4 STORM DRAIN SYSTEM <br />The existing storm system described in Section 2.1 of this Plan provides storm <br />drainage protection for all industrial process areas and activities currently <br />taking place at the site. <br />The North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill's best management <br />practices are sufficient to satisfy the requirements for this storm water <br />pollution prevention plan. At the present time, all the site drainage basins <br />are widen and deepen daily. (Sed Figure B). <br />4.5 SEDIMENT AND EROSION PREVENTION <br />Vegetation shall be maintained as needed in surrounding areas of working <br />modules, and daily compactions to minimize the potential of sediment loading <br />in storm water runoff. <br />4_6 EMPLOYEE TRAINING <br />The site superintendent is responsible for training employees responsible for <br />implementing the various aspects of the SWPPP. Employees with SWPPP <br />responsibilities shall be trained for spill response, handling hazardous <br />
