One duplicate well sample will
also be collected and analyzed for all parameters.
lin containers will be relabeled with preservatives informa-
tion prior to initiating the sampling event. The labels will be com-
pleted during sample collection. Containers will be placed on ice
immediately upon sampling until delivery to the laboratory.
ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES
The ground -water samples will be analyzed in accordance with accepted
quantitative analytical procedures. The following four publications
are considered the primary references for ground -water sample analy-
ses, and the contracts with outside laboratories will stipulate that
these methods be used.
B-7
At the time of sampling, the sample will be logged on a chain -of -
custody form, which will accompany the sample to the laboratory. At
the laboratory, EMCON personnel will accept the samples by signing the
chain -of -custody form and assigning a unique laboratory number to each
sample.
5-mle Preservation And Sh pment
Sample containers will vary with each type of analytical parameter to
be tested.
