X1. TRANS PORTATIO NICIRQU TION
A. Description
There have been numerous traffic studies conducted for development in the
general vicinity of the project site including the circulation study prepared for
the Industrial Areas Specific Plan, the Residential Areas Specific Plan, the
Tracy 1982 General Plan, and the 1985 Traffic and Circulation Study.
The subject site is a vacant parcel with access from a partially improved
section of Larch Road East of Holly Drive. The northbound Holly Drive
approach to the Larch Road intersection is an overpass over the 1-205
freeway. The intersection of Larch Road/Holly Drive is located at the
northerly foot of the overpass. The Larch Road approaches have stop signs
- Holly Drive is a through street.
Access to the site by company vehicles will be via Tracy Boulevard and
Larch Road. Private vehicles are anticipated to use all routes to the
intersection of Larch and Holly Drive.
