11 <br />CORRAL HOLLOW SANITARY LANDFILL <br />FINAL CLOSURE PLAN - REVISED FEBRUARY, 1995 <br />7.0 DRAINAGE SYSTEM INSTALLATION <br />Most of the drainage facilities have been constructed or will be <br />constructed by the time of closure. The remaining construction for <br />the closure period will be the top cover final ditches. <br />There is approximately 3,000 lineal feet of top cover V shaped <br />drainage ditches remaining to be constructed. <br />COST <br />Top Cover Ditch Grading: Construction crew at $1,500 per <br />day. It is estimated that 500 lineal feet of V drainage <br />ditch could be built a day. A crew would consist of a <br />motorgrader, scraper, 2 operators, 1 laborer, and 1 grade <br />setter. Staking and engineering have been included in <br />cover placement cost. <br />($1,500 X 3,000/500) _ $ 91000 <br />8.0 ADDING OR REMOVING SECURITY <br />SYSTEMS <br />The current perimeter fencing is appropriate for closure security. <br />The necessary closure and notice signs and locks are estimated to <br />cost $1,000. <br />Maintenance road: Approximately 5,500 lineal <br />feet of 12 foot wide all weather patrol road will be <br />constructed for all weather access.
