The Discharger must provide procedures for the minimum number of geotechnical tests <br />per day, including but not limited to tests for moisture content and density. <br />7. The Discharger must identify which specific BMPs will be implemented to prevent any <br />future formation of rills and gullies. For example, identify when the hydromulch will be <br />applied (e.g., each year prior to the rainy season and until the vegetation is sufficient to <br />prevent future erosion). <br />8.
