This study indicated that all roadway segments and <br /> intersections in the project area are operating at LOS "A". However, the 1990 <br /> volume-to-capacity (V/C) ratios for State Route 99 would be about 0.63 south of <br /> State Route 12 and 0.82 north of Turner Road. These ratios would equate to <br /> LOS "C" and "D" respectively, pursuant to the Highway Capacity Manual. <br /> Similarly, the operation on State Route 12 east of Highway 99 would be about <br /> LOS "C"." <br /> Additionally, the chart of page 40 showing the Level of Service Capacities should <br /> be replaced by the following chart. <br />
