Revised Figures T-7 and T-9, Appendix A, show
corrected traffic volume projections.
Appendix D Linear Projections:
The table in Appendix D of the traffic volumes has been changed to reflect the more
current data provided by the Department of Transportation in a May 7, 1991
correspondence. The change is evident in Figures T-7 and T-9 which reflect the
projected traffic loadings for the area in the year 2000 and later.
