At some locations, one or <br /> both sides of Sierra College Blvd. lie within the boundaries of the <br /> City of Roseville, City of Rocklin, or Town of Loomis. Such portions <br /> of the roadway which are located within other jurisdictions are not <br /> included in this program. The project includes both construction of <br /> two additional lanes and reconstruction made necessary for a wide <br /> median area. Total length of this project is estimated at 5. 63 lane- <br /> miles. <br /> eat No. 2 - East Roseville Parkway <br /> This project is a widening from 2 to 4 lanes between Barton Road and <br /> Sierra College Blvd. The project is intended to fund construction <br /> only of the additional lanes. Total project length is estimated at <br /> 4.55 lane-miles. <br /> ,Eroject No. 3 - Traffic Si nals <br /> This project is the funding of the following list of traffic signals <br /> t intersections with regionally significant roads. Roseville Parkway/Barton Road <br /> Proi et No._4 - <br /> This <br /> -This project is the widening of Douglas Blvd. from 2 to 4 lanes be- <br /> tween Sierra College Blvd. and Auburn-Folsom Road. The project in- <br /> cludes reconstruction necessary for a wide median area. If this <br /> project is constructed using other funding sources, traffic mitigation ' <br /> fees will be collected to reimburse these other funding sources.
