This !Ise Permit shall be subject to all the mitigation measures identified in <br />FSEIRS-88/ISIB-99. <br />4. The container storage area located west of Pershing Avenue shall not be used for any solid <br />waste processing or storage activities. <br />5. Access to the project site shall be restricted along the east side of Temple Street. <br />6. The applicant shall dedicate and improve Navy Drive to provide a minimum 42 -foot half <br />section. <br />7.
