Inc. <br />Page No. 5 <br />Section 17463 - Inspection of Records <br />Records were available for inspection in the on-site office <br />during normal business hours. <br />Section 17471 - Availability <br />I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br />personnel. According to Joe Betts (president), there are five <br />operation personnel at this facility. <br />Section 17472 - Training <br />I saw no evidence that site operations were impaired by a lack of <br />training. I was informed by Joe Betts (president), that all <br />operation personnel have monthly safety training. <br />Section 17473 - Supervision <br />I saw nothing to indicate a lack of supervision at this facility. <br />According to Joe Betts (president), he supervises the daily <br />operation of the facility. Jose Sanchez is the lead, and acts as <br />supervisor in Joe's absence. <br />Section 17474 - Attendant <br />An attendant was present during my inspection. <br />Section 17481 - Identification Signs <br />An identification sign was present indicating the name of the <br />station operator. <br />NOTE: As discussed in the RSI, the name of the operator must <br />conform with the permit. <br />Section 17483 - Station Security <br />Station security included perimeter fence and locked gates at all <br />entrances. <br />Roads were paved and allowed good site access. No dust or <br />tracking problems were observed. <br />-Waste management ecialist <br />
