Unloading areas were easily cleanable and safe. <br />Section 17491 - Sanitary Facilities <br />This facility has two toilets and washing facilities inside the <br />station building. <br />Section 17492 - Water Supply <br />Bottled drinking water is available inside the station building. <br />Section 17493 - Communication Facilities <br />A telephone is available at the site. The telephone number is <br />(209) 98.2-4936. <br />Section 17494 - Lighting <br />This facility does not operate during hours of darkness. <br />However, Joe Betts (president) informed me that occasionally they <br />operate during hours of darkness. Mr. Betts further stated that <br />this facility has adequate lighting if it becomes necessary. <br />Section 17495 - Fire Fighting Equipment <br />Fire fighting equipment was available and consisted of fire. <br />extinguishers, water hoses, automatic fire sprinklers and the <br />City of Stockton Fire District. <br />Section 17496 - Protection of Users <br />This facility was designed, constructed and operated so that <br />contact between users and solid waste was minimized. <br />Section 17497 - Personnel Health and Safety <br />The personnel working at this facility wear protective safety <br />equipment such as: hard hats, masks, ear plugs, and safety <br />glasses, as required by the LEA.
