Measures to accommodate public use must be <br /> considered. <br /> The Station shall be designed to minimize attraction or creation of <br /> 17453 nuisances or hazards to public health. Community Development Department <br /> The basis for design for the Lovelace Transfer Station expansion included <br /> Improvement Standards for the County Department of Public Works, September <br /> 1991. (Adopted by Ordinance No. 3622).
