TABLE 11I. .1 <br /> SELECTED APPLICABLE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS FROM TITLE 14, CCR <br /> Section(s) Synopsis (summary is not verbatim) <br /> The design of a new Station shall utilize expert advice in engineering, <br /> 17451 architecture, landscape design, traffic, air quality control, and design of <br /> structures. <br /> Each station design shall be based on appropriate data regarding the <br /> 17452 service area, wastes, climate, setting, site traffic, land use, and other <br /> appropriate information. Measures to accommodate public use must be <br /> considered. <br /> The Station shall be designed to minimize attraction or creation of <br /> 17453 nuisances or hazards to public health. Environmental factors and <br /> protection of public health must be considered. <br /> 17481- Station Improvements <br /> 17485 <br /> 17493- Station Health and Safety <br /> 17495 <br /> 17514- Transfer/Processing Operations <br /> 17518 <br /> 17534- Station Controls <br /> 17538 <br /> 17546- Station Equipment <br /> 17547 1 di <br /> 2. California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> Design requirements from the RWQCB may depend upon conditions of a potential <br /> Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), if required for the Station. <br /> 3. San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (APCD) <br /> The facility will be designed to meet APCD permit requirements and standards. <br /> 4. Community Development Department <br /> The basis for design for the Lovelace Transfer Station expansion included <br /> Improvement Standards for the County Department of Public Works, September <br /> 1991. (Adopted by Ordinance No. 3622).
