• Planting of drought resistant shrubs at select locations <br /> • Planting of drought resistant ground cover which require minimal trimming <br /> ® Trees and the fence along Lovelace Road will be set back to provide <br /> appropriate line of sight for traffic. <br /> Drawing RSI-9 is a landscaping plan for the Station expansion/renovation Project. <br /> The Drawing shows plant locations and lists proposed plants for landscaping of the <br /> Station. <br /> 6. Fueling Facilities <br /> A diesel fueling system will be located as shown on Drawing RSI-2. The system will <br /> include a new 10,000 gallon above ground storage tank. This system will replace the <br /> existing diesel fueling station and tank. The Station may also include installation of <br /> natural gas or propane fueling stations in the future for new equipment which may <br /> run on these fuels. <br /> The installation must meet appropriate codes and a approval of the Manteca-Lathrop <br /> PP P <br /> Fire Chief and the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District. <br /> C. Operations <br /> 1. Hours of Operations <br /> Hours of operation will be between 6': 6:00 PM,,seven days per week. <br /> 2. Station Personnel <br /> a. Availability <br /> The County operates the facility using crews which alternate work days and overlap <br /> on some days. The proposed number of County Staff per crew at site is as follows: <br /> Scale House 1 attendant/cashier <br /> Public Area 1 traffic director-one acts as backup cashier for breaks <br /> Tipping Floor 2 loader operators <br /> Recycling Drop-off Area 1 laborer/traffic director <br /> Office/facility 2 (management-site foreman and general foreman) <br /> TOTAL 7 <br /> Transfer drivers or drivers for recovery boxes are not included in the totals, above. <br /> Additional personnel will be provided from the County Sheriff's Department <br /> 07549001.012 29 September 23,1993 <br />
