Floor sweeper 1 <br /> Waste bins and roll-off containers will vary based on needs <br /> b. Equipment Maintenance <br /> Equipment maintenance of transfer vehicles and other equipment is currently <br /> performed at the County Motor Pool located on Wilson Way in Stockton. Until the <br /> Maintenance/Office Building is constructed under the Project, maintenance will <br /> continue to be performed in that fashion. <br /> After construction of the Maintenance Building, which is projected for 1995, routine <br /> lubrication and maintenance of the Station equipment will be performed on-site. <br /> County personnel trained in mechanical maintenance will perform the work. <br /> Following is a summary of the maintenance schedule for Station equipment: <br /> Transfer Vehicles 6000 miles <br /> Loaders 10 hrs lube; 100 hours after warranty <br /> Pickup trucks 10 hrs lube; 100 hours after warranty <br /> Other Maintenance agreements are also used <br /> Repairs covered under warranty as well as large or complex repairs may be <br /> performed by either the County Wilson Way shop in Stockton or a local repair shop, <br /> as needed. Repairs will be performed on-site in the maintenance area, or off-site <br /> depending on the most practical and economical method. <br /> C. Maintenance Building Equipment <br /> The following is a list of equipment which shall be incorporated in the design of the <br /> Maintenance Building: <br /> • Motor Oil Storage Tank (250 gal) and dispersing system including pump, <br /> filters, regulators, valves, tubing, hoses, hose reel, meters, totalizer and <br /> dispenser <br /> • Hydraulic Oil Storage T (250 gal) and dispersing system including pump, <br /> filters, regulators, valves, tubing, hoses, hose reel, meters, totalizer and <br /> dispenser <br /> • Chassis Lube Storage T (55 gal) and dispersing system including pump, <br /> filters, regulators, valves, tubing, hoses, hose reel, meters, totalizer and <br /> dispenser <br /> • Air Compressor (15 HP/73 CFM) and associated piping and accessories <br /> • Automatic Truck Wash System - High pressure water spray system complete <br /> with pumping and recirculation equipment; AS-90 Saturn System <br /> manufactured by Ryco Co., or equal. <br /> d.
