If a commercial hauler is found to have unacceptable materials, the information on the Load <br />® Checker's Log is recorded. The Load Checker's Log is signed by both the customer and the load <br />checking inspector. This information can be used to notify the hauler and the Department of <br />Environmental Health if the load is illegallyped. <br />In addition, facility operators ked a Daily Log to note apy materials that escaped identification <br />during the routine load check. The locker is clearly marked. <br />3.3.3 Continuing Checks <br />Equipment operators are trained to be watchful for gas cylinders, propane tanks, televisions, <br />computer monitors and other items that may pose a hazard or are not accepted at the disposal <br />facility.
