3 . The following findings are required pursuant to California <br /> Government Code, Section 66796-32 : <br /> a. The station is consistent with the San Joaquin County <br /> solid waste management plan dated March, 1986 . <br /> b. The station is consistent with standards adopted by the <br /> California Waste Management Board (CWMB) . <br /> c . The City of Stockton has determined that this facility <br /> is consistent with the city general plan. <br /> 4. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance <br /> with the State minimum standards for solid waste handling <br /> and disposal as determined by the LEA on July 24, 1989 . <br /> QONDITIONS: REQUIREMENTS: <br /> 1 . The facility must comply with state minimum standards for <br /> solid waste handling and disposal . <br /> 2 . This facility must comply with all federal , state, and local <br /> requirements and enactments . <br /> 3 . Any additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility must be provided as required by <br /> the enforcement agency. <br /> PROHIBITIONS: <br /> The following actions are prohibited at this facility: <br /> 1 . Disposal and handling and treatment of hazardous or <br /> infectious (medical) wastes <br /> 2 . Disposal and handling of residential refuse <br /> 3 . Disposal and handling of sewage sludge <br /> 4 . Disposal and handling of liquids/slurries <br /> 5 . Disposal and handling of cannery wastes <br /> 6 . Disposal and handling of agriculture wastes <br /> 7 . Disposal and handling of septic tank pumpings <br /> 8 . Disposal and handling of dead animals <br /> 9 . open burning <br /> 10 . scavenging <br /> SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> 1 . The San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental <br /> Health Division, through this permit, may prohibit, or <br /> condition the handling or disposal of solid waste to protect <br /> the public health and safety, protect, rehabilitate, or <br /> enhance the environment, or to mitigate adverse <br /> environmental impacts . <br />
