An acceptable alternative <br />to the construction of berms would be that the project applicant provide an analysis of Corral <br />Hollow Creek for the 100-year/24-hour storm event to determine the likelihood of overtopping and <br />diverting into the pit Should overtopping prove to be a likely event, the project applicant would <br />then be required to submit to the reviewing agency an engineered plan for prevention of said <br />overtopping Acceptable mitigations would include the construction of berms or levees or the <br />
