A Hazardous Waste Screening <br /> Program for the facility has been prepared and is included in Appendix C. The screening <br /> program proposed consists for the following activities: <br /> 0 Inspection of random in-coming loads. <br /> 0 Regular visual inspection of the wastes deposited at the facility. <br /> 0 Training of facility personnel in hazardous waste recognition and proper hazardous waste <br /> handling procedures. <br /> 0 Reporting incidents of unlawful disposal to appropriate agencies. <br /> 0 Installation of signs at the facility entry way indicating that no hazardous waste are <br /> accepted. <br /> See Appendix C for the program for implementing these requirements at the Tracy Materials <br /> Recovery and Transfer Facility. <br /> (3) Un"adin <br /> Following inspection and weighing at the Gatehouse, haulers are directed to the appropriate area <br /> to unload their material.
