Ll <br />appliance recycling and associated waste handling activities. <br />iv) These Conditions of Approval supersede the Conditions of Approval for UP -93-0004. <br />Conditions of Approval for SA -96-0038 are still applicable and the applicant shall abide by all <br />previous Conditions. <br />c) CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br />Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br />permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br />d) STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br />corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br />prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9- <br />1135) <br />e) PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />i) All storage areas shall be surfaced with an aggregate base, when not paved with asphalt - <br />concrete or concrete. <br />ii) All parking areas and driveways shall be paved. <br />iii) A minimum of 154 parking spaces shall be provided of which 85 spaces will be used for <br />truck parking, and seven (7) accessible space of which two (2) shall be van accessible. <br />Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., <br />Title 24). (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br />Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed ngle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br />twenty 1 • •(Development•• 9-1015.5[b]) <br />v) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half (71/2) feet wide and <br />sixteen (16) feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more <br />than twenty-five (25) percent of the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9- <br />1015.5[c]) <br />vi) Tipping Area lanes shall be paved and have a minimum width often (10) feet wide and <br />twenty (20) feet long. <br />f) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty- <br />five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case <br />shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. <br />(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br />g) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br />i) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br />(Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br />ii) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br />property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br />such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
