Holly absent. <br />The minutes of December 3rd were continued for further consider- <br />ation. <br />------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />1. ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. ZR -92-15 OF MORADA <br />PROPERTY INVESTORS (C/O SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY) to reclassify 12 acres <br />from AU -20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20 -acre minimum) to R -L <br />(Residential Low Density) and R -VL (Residential Very Low Density). <br />The project site is located on the north side of State Route 88, <br />400 feet east of Sierra Drive, east of Lockeford (Supervisorial <br />District 4). Continued from December 3, 1992. <br />Senior Planner Lorre Islas introduced a staff report into the <br />record. This item had been continued to allow Commissioners <br />Gillispie and Morri to listen to the tape and for a new vote of the <br />
