BlaeS Errviraurrerrfal Manageorenr Irre U Haul#709-50 <br /> 002-70950-03 work Plan <br /> 1118101 <br /> 5 0 CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN PREPARATION <br /> Following VE and AS testing, Level I bio-assay feasibility analysis, and groundwater pump testing, the <br /> procedures and results will be evaluated to determine if these remedial technologies are feasible and <br /> effective Data will be reduced and presented in a corrective action plan (CAP) The CAP will be <br /> prepared in accordance with the SJC requirements At a minimum, the CAP will address the following <br /> issues <br /> • Three alternative remediation methods determined to be cost-effective and capable of meeting the site <br /> remediation objectives and goals, <br /> • A recommendation for the most suitable remedial method for the site, <br /> • A description of how the corrective actions will be implemented, <br /> • A schedule listing the major corrective action events, <br /> • A time table for the initiation and completion of the corrective actions following final CAP approval, <br /> • The remedial goals for the contaminated soil and groundwater, <br /> • A detailed schedule for periodic reporting to the SJC, and <br /> • Results of feasibility studies <br /> A draft copy of the CAP will be submitted to Amerco/U-Haul for review and comment The CAP will be <br /> finalized and submitted to the SJC after incorporating any applicable Amerco/U-Haul comments <br /> I <br /> 21 <br />
