September 27, 1999
DECEIVED
Ms. Carol Oz SEP 27 1999
S. J. County Environmental
Health Department ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
304 E. Weber PERMIT / SERVICES
Stockton, CA. 95202
Electro Delta
821 S. Wilson Way
Stockton, California
Dear Ms. Oz,
The reason for writing today is to ask for an extension for the work to be
done on my property to address the above problem that I inherited when I
purchased the building and property at 821 S. Wilson Way.
As you know and with the help of Vic Cherven of Upgradient, we have
put together a plan of action but due to the lack of money, I am unable to
proceed. I have to depend on State Clean up Monies to assist me. To date, I
have not applied because previous bookkeeping services (Taxes Express on
South El Dorado St.) have failed to finish the necessary taxes that the State
Clean up Application requires. I have since hired Mr. Francisco Garcia
Bookkeeping(209) 467-7684 to complete the above needed tax returns.
Please help me further by granting a four month extension. My sole
income for my family depends on revenues that I derive from this business
site. I must receive a grant from The State to assist me in implementing The
Upgradient Plan. Otherwise I must sell the site.
Yon,
Alfonso M. Ocampo
