Ground water is <br /> estimated to be at a depth of approximately 40 feet. Boring B-1 <br /> will be located adjacent to the former tank cavity in order to <br /> evaluate the vertical extent of soil contamination directly <br /> �r <br /> beneath the suspected source. Boring B-2 will be located adjacent <br /> to the closest building, approximately 15 feet north of the <br /> suspected .source, to evaluate whether soil contamination has <br /> migrated beneath the building. The depth of this soil boring will <br /> be based on the levels and distribution of contaminants detected <br /> during drilling of boring B-1.
