The location and type of protective dikes, berms, and <br /> levees shall be described. <br /> (k) If leachate generation is anticipated, describe the method of monitoring, collection, treatment, <br /> and necessary disposal. <br /> (l) Description of the location and type of monitoring wells which have been determined necessary <br /> to ascertain groundwater quality. <br /> (m) Description of the system proposed to provide for venting control, monitoring, and possible <br /> use of landfill decomposition gases. <br /> (n) If known, describe the uses of the site after termination of disposal operations, including the <br /> time frame for implementation of such use. <br /> (o) Resume of management organization which will operate the disposal site. <br /> (p) Compilation of the conditions, criteria, and requirements established by the various approval <br /> agencies having jurisdiction over the disposal site, including written proof of permission for <br /> encroachment on flood plains or tidelands. Identify zoning of all adjacent parcels and whether the <br /> site or adjacent parcels are within an Agricultural Preserve. <br /> Generally, this standard is evaluated during the permitting process. In the event that a SWFP is <br /> issued and it is later determined that the requirements of this standard were not adequately addressed <br /> in the RDSI, a violation may be noted. <br /> Do not cite section 18222 for discrepancies between the RDSI and site operations. These <br /> discrepancies are addressed by section 17616 and/or PRC sections 44002, 44004, and 44014(b). <br /> Records <br /> 17606 Recording <br /> The owner or operator, at the beginning of site use shall file a detailed description of the site <br /> including a map with the Recorder of the County in which the site is located, with the <br /> Enforcement Agency, and with the local agency that has been selected to maintain the county solid <br /> waste management plan. <br /> This standard is tentatively scheduled for repeal in early 1995 and is no longer applicable. <br /> 17607 Periodic Site Review <br /> From the date of issuance of the permit, at least once each five years, or more frequently as <br /> determined by the Enforcement Agency, the owner or operator shall cause a registered civil <br /> engineer to review the site design, implementation and operation plan to determine if any revisions <br /> are necessary and to estimate the remaining site life.
