Finishing: After steel troweling, the concrete surfaces shall <br /> be given a fine hair broom finish. Brooming on sidewalk shall be <br /> transverse to the length of curb. <br /> All exposed concrete surfaces shall be finished unless <br /> otherwise directed by the Engineer. <br /> Score marks and weakened plane joints shall be located as <br /> shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. <br /> Cure: Concrete cure shall be accomplished by either the water, <br /> pigmented curing compound or waterproof membrane method and shall <br /> conform to the provisions in Section 90-7 "Curing Concrete" of the <br /> Standard Specifications. White pigmented curing compound shall <br /> not be used on exposed surfaces. <br /> 6-150 TANK INSTALLATION DETAILS <br /> 6-150.01 General : The Contractor shall install the City <br /> furnished tanks including piping and removal of existing tanks in <br /> accordance with Steel Tank Institute recommended procedures, the <br /> rules and regulations of the State of California and San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District, City of Lodi Building and Fire Codes, and <br /> these Special Provisions. <br /> 6-150.02 Additional Cathodic Protection Anodes: The Contractor <br /> shall furnish and install additional cathodic protection anodes as <br /> shown in Appendix A. <br /> Anode lead wires shall be installed to the cathodic protection <br /> test station supplied with the tank with sufficient slack for <br /> future connection to the test leads. <br /> Multiple anodes shall be installed at equal distances alongside <br /> the tank as approved by the Engineer. <br /> 6.11 <br /> TANVA/TXTW n9m <br />
