All groundwater samples were analyzed by Kxff Analyzcal, LLC of Davis, California (ELAP #2236) for TPH-G, BTEX, fuel oxygenates, alcohols a n d HVOCs by EPA Method 8260 and TPH-D by EPA Method 8015 The analytical results are tabulated in Table One, and the certified laboratory reports are presented as Appendices B-1 through B-35 5.0 WELLS SAMPLED AND ANALYTICAL RESULTS 5 1 WELLS WITH MTBE CONCENTRATIONS OVER DHS MCLs The following five wells were sampled and had MTBE concentrations over the California Department of Health Services (DHS) secondary maximum contaminant level (MCL) for drinking water of 5 parts per billion (ppb) 17926 South Airport Property/Well Owner Anita Cassidy Tenants Kathyn Oliver and Trevia Oliver On July 25, 2000, ASE collected groundwater samples from the domestic well located at 17926 South Airport Way in Manteca, California This well • also supplies water to a second house on the parcel with an address of 17928 South Airport Way The water sample contained 68 ppb MTBE and 7 4 ppb tert butanol (TBA). A confirmation water sample collected on August 4, 2000 contained 54 ppb MTBE The MTBE concentration detected on both occasions exceeded the DHS MCL for drinking water The laboratory reports are presented as Appendix B-1 17950 South Airport Way Property/Well Owner Zoe Haworth Tenants Felix Gonzales and Efren Tapia On August 10, 2000, ASE collected groundwater samples from the domestic well located at 17950 South Airport Way in Manteca, California The sample contained 82 ppb MTBE and 0 63 ppb 1 ,2-dichloropropane (1,2-DCP) A confirmation water sample collected on August 21, 2000 contained 67 ppb MTBE The MTBE concentration detected on both occasions exceeded the DHS MCL for drinking water The laboratory reports are presented as Appendix B-2 • Frank's One Stop Area Well Sampling Report — October 2000 -3-
