Property/Well Owner Minny Thurman Tenant Cindy Moffet On August 21, 2000, ASE collected groundwater samples from the domestic well located at 17904 South Airport Way in Manteca, California The sample contained 8 3 ppb MTBE A confirmation sample collected o n August 25, 2000 contained 11 ppb MTBE The MTBE concentration detected on both occasions exceeded the DHS MCL for drinking water The laboratory reports are presented as Appendix B-3 17933 South Airport Way (Fastern side of Prod Property/Well Owner Carol Copeland Tenant Walt Martin On August 4, 2000, ASE collected groundwater samples from two domestic wells located at 17933 South Airport Way in Manteca, California Groundwater samples collected from the well on the east side of the property which services the front house contained 57 ppb MTBE and 0 73 ppb 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) A confirmation groundwater sample collected on August 10, 2000 contained 64 ppb MTBE and 0 71 ppb 1 ,2- DCA The concentrations of both of these compounds in groundwater samples collected from that water well exceeded DHS MCLs for drinking water on both occasions The laboratory reports are presented as Appendix B-4 Groundwater samples collected from the well on the west side of t h e property which services the house in the back did not contain any detectable concentrations of any of the compounds analyzed A description of the sampling of the well on the west side of the property is in Section 5 5 of this report 238 Airport Property/Well Owner Julie Hedegard Tenant Bill Platt On September 19, 2000, ASE collected groundwater samples from the domestic well located at 238 Airport Way in Manteca, California The samples contained 8 0 ppb MTBE This concentration exceeds the DHS MCL for drinking water The laboratory report is presented as Appendix Frank's One Stop Area Well Sampling Report - October 2000 -4-
