CAC SECTION OBSERVATIONS RESULT <br /> 17684 Intermediate I observed daylighting and exposed- V <br /> Cover. waste in the following areas: <br /> 1) Along the western slope. <br /> Especially on northwestern corner of <br /> the slope. (See slides I.10 and <br /> I.11) . <br /> 2) On top of old fill area, just west <br /> of the winter pad. (See slides 1.12 <br /> and 1 .13) . <br /> 3) In the gas extraction area on top <br /> of old fill area. (See slides 1 . 14 <br /> and 1 . 15) . <br /> 4) Along the internal road leading to <br /> the unloading area. (See slides 1.16 <br /> - 1 .18 <br /> 5) A 370 x 120 foot pit with waste <br /> exposed on the slopes. This is to the <br /> south of the winter pad. (See slides <br /> 1.38 - 44) . <br /> These areas were identified as a <br /> intermediate fill area by John <br /> Giambastiani, Site Supervisor. <br /> 17685 Final Cover . There were no areas identified as N <br /> final cover by John Giambastiani , Site <br /> Supervisor. <br /> 17686 Scavenging. I aid not observe any scavenging Tu-ring C <br /> this inspection. <br /> 17687 Salvaging I was told by John Giambastini, the I <br /> Permitted. Site Supervisor that the night <br /> watchman salvaged some usable goods. <br /> I did not observe this operation the <br /> day I was on site.
