Pictures and samples will be taken if appropriate. If any <br />hazardous or other unacceptable wastes are identified, they will <br />be handled according to the procedures described in Section IV. <br />The entities responsible for generating and delivering the wastes <br />will be notified that the wastes were illegally disposed of, and will <br />be charged for additional analysis and disposal costs as incurred. <br />Significant incidents will be reported to the California Regional <br />Water QuallLy Control Board (CRWQCB), Central Valley Region. <br />Page 3 <br />
