NOTIFICATION TO SOLID WASTE HAULERS <br />11 <br />Solid waste haulers who have agreements wth the City of <br />Stockton to haul refuse within the city limits of Stockton <br />will be notified of the following: <br />o A periodic load -checking program of commercial and <br />induaLrial wastes disposed of at the Austin Road Lang ill <br />is in effect for detecting hazarduuLw and Mhor <br />unyzoh"hin wastes. <br />o 1 hn7ardous or other unacceptable wastes are delivered <br />to the Austin Road Lanfill, the cost for clean-up, <br />removal, and disposal will be that of the hauler, unless <br />the producer of such wastes can be identified. <br />Page 5 <br />
