AL <br /> 9. Analytical testing results shall be required to be submitted to the EHD <br /> commencing in the year 2009. See below for details. <br /> For the permitting year 2009, analytical testing for waste water constituents <br /> and reporting to the EHD shall be required as part of the operational permit. <br /> The testing is required per San Joaquin Onsite Wastewater Disposal <br /> Standards, Section 4.9.3., (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 9- <br /> 110.5). The monitoring frequency and constituents to be included in the <br /> analysis will be determined at a later date. The waste water shall be <br /> sampled by an employee of a state-certified analytical laboratory and <br /> submitted to the EHD for review. <br /> A waste water treatment plant operator, or certified operator certified by the State <br /> of California Water Resources Control Board, shall be available to operate the <br /> plant. The EHD currently lists Mr. Tom McCoy on file as the certified operator.
