Tretheway Rd., Lockeford, CA <br /> Permit I.D.: PT0000073 -Segal Family Trust DTD <br /> Record I.D.: PR0420066 <br /> A second routine bi-annual inspection was conducted at the waste water treatment plant <br /> on December 5, 2008 by the Environmental Health Department (EHD) staff. The <br /> following was observed and noted upon inspection: <br /> F <br /> i. <br /> 1. The gate was locked upon inspection. <br /> 2. No odors were detected within plant area(s) and perimeter(s). According to <br /> Quality Service, Inc., the last date the tanks were pumped was September 18, <br /> 2008. The next scheduled pumping is the week of December 15th. The tanks are <br /> pumped on a routine basis. Continue to maintain routine pumping schedule. <br /> 3. At the main distribution box it was observed that two outlets directed to seepage <br /> pit area(s) to the east, installed under Permit#71-598 were blocked at the main <br /> junction. The pits are dry and do not appear to be in use at this time. Pictures <br /> taken. <br /> 4. Minimal weeds were observed at the aeration basin. Maintain weed control in the <br /> waste water treatment plant area(s). Some areas appeared to have weeds and <br /> equipment or other items non-related to the daily operation and maintenance of <br /> the plant. Continue to maintain all area(s). Items unrelated to the operation and <br /> maintenance of the plant shall not be stored within sewage disposal areas, <br /> including seepage pit locations and tight-lines to the distributions boxes, e.g.; <br /> vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles, due to potential encroachment to <br /> sewage disposal areas(s). Ensure that the vehicles are not encroaching on <br /> disposal areas. Pictures taken. <br /> 1 <br />
