Hwy 99 Ripon, <br /> 6 California. Robert McClellon spoke with Jack Culbertson, District Manager at <br /> 7 Van Unen Miersma Propane. Robert McClellon explained that Roos Ranches is <br /> 8 providing solid waste removal services with out a permit. I asked if anyone <br /> 9 from Roos Ranches had contacted them with that information. Mr. Culbertson <br /> 10 indicated that he had no knowledge of their status. Robert McClellon asked <br /> 11 for permission to inspect and photograph the dumpster. Mr. Culbertson <br /> 12 indicated that it would be okay (See Exhibit E) . <br /> 13 <br /> 14 On April 17, 2003, Robert McClellon received a phone call from Tom <br /> 15 Beck, attorney for Roos Ranches. Mr. Beck indicated that his clients were <br /> 16 going to try and obtain a haulers license. He indicated that someone at <br /> 17 Public Works indicated that they would not be allowed to operate because Roos <br /> 18 Ranches is not in an industrial zoned area. Robert McClellon explained that <br /> 19 the yard they work out of would need to be properly zoned. Robert McClellon <br /> 20 explained that the letter that was sent to Roos Ranches directed them to <br /> 21 discontinue immediately. Mr. Beck indicated that Roos Ranches were pulling <br /> 22 their bins and would make application. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 On April 18, 2003, Robert McClellon received a phone call from Jeff <br /> 25 Stuit of Roos Ranches. Mr. Stuit indicated that they were pulling all of <br /> their bins. He asked if he could operate as a hauler of construction and <br /> 4 <br />
